Co-living residents are responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in shared spaces, such as kitchens, lounges, and recreational areas.
Menlo Realty will provide regular maintenance for common areas and facilities. Any repairs needed in individual units must be reported promptly to the property management. Tenants are responsible for any damages caused due to negligence or misuse and will be charged accordingly for repairs.
Menlo Realty reserves the right to terminate the lease or residency if tenants violate the terms of the agreement, including, but not limited to, non-payment of rent, causing property damage, or engaging in illegal activities. In the event of eviction, tenants are required to vacate the premises within the time frame specified in the eviction notice.
Menlo Estella is equipped with 24/7 security measures, including CCTV surveillance and restricted access to residential areas.
